Vertical Climber simulates climbing


A vertical climber is a piece of gym equipment that simulates climbing. They engage multiple muscle groups and may help people improve overall body strength and core strength. 

        Many vertical climbers come with adjustable heights or resistances so the user can customize the difficulty of their workout. To use a vertical climber, user holds the top handlebars and place their feet on the footrests. Moving the handlebars and the footrests up and down works several muscle groups to simulate climbing.

Tone your body with Stairs


The stair provides a great cardio workout. The repetitive step motion helps tone your lower body whilst working your core muscles at the same time. You can alternate the speed on the machine, and workout to your preference, whether that's low intensity steady state cardio or high intensity interval training.

Take a step towards Stepper


Steppers are designed to mimic a stair natural stepping motion; however, the movement differs since your foot does not leave the footplate during the workout.

Steppers have two platforms, or pedals, where you place each foot. As you shift your body weight onto one foot to push the pedal down, the other pedal rises. Most machines allow you to vary the level of resistance to push the pedal down.
